The Young People Welcome scheme is being run by the Teenage Pregnancy Team and the Youth Strategy Team to offer young people under the age of 25 a confidential and supportive contraceptive and sexual health service. The local clinic's are committed to improving the services for young people and have signed up to Sandwell's Young People's Charter Award.

For further information on where to find these services in Sandwell and their opening times please click on Where to go? Also all services offer a wide choice of information and leaflets.

All the organisations listed on this website offer a confidential service to young people even if you are under 16. This means that they will not tell your family, school, work or friends that you have visited or phoned them. They may sometimes suggest that they can help you more by sharing information about you to another service. But they will only do this if you give them permission to do so. You can say no.

NEW SECTION - SHOUT
Our new section of the site offers young people information and contact details for the shOUT (LGBT) youth steering group which work towards giving lesbian, gay, bisexual and trans young people living in Sandwell a voice and access to equality. Information and contact details are also included for other support services that are available in Sandwell.
